Under One Hundred is an ongoing granting project PublicAdCampaign started in february of 2010. Each grant is given on a submission basis and must interact with outdoor advertising as well as cost under one hundred dollars. Truth In Advertising was the first grant received by PosterChild and cost a mere $91.48. By replacing the standard Contest Promotions Placards with more honest versions, PosterChild draws attention to the lies which are being passed in order to legalize this illegal advertising format.
