Taking From The Tip Jar is my second solo exhibition and my first with Vincent Michael Gallery. Using fashion photography and illustration as my inspiration, I created my own media studies in 21 appropriated NYC phonebooth advertising frames. Each piece is created using a single used book repurposed as a single page and then marked with pencil, pastel and spraypaint. While the work remains inside the gallery, the result is 21 less advertising structures on the streets of New York. view the full catalog [Here]
